Take back control of your life.
Trauma recovery without retraumatization — through Transformational Resource Integration℠.
Schedule a ConsultationNot everything that affects you rises to the level of a diagnosis — and it doesn’t need to, to matter. Something that happened years ago and seemed small enough to brush off at the time can still be quietly shaping how you sleep, how you react, how close you let people get. PTSD and CPTSD are part of what this work addresses, but not the whole of it. And if either label does apply to you: it describes what you’ve been experiencing — not who you are. This work doesn’t ask you to keep proving the diagnosis right.
See It Happen
Two strangers, verified on camera to have never met. No details of her situation shared beforehand. Watch what happens in the space of 15 minutes — and hear, in her own words, how she felt afterward.
Client identity protected per her consent for this specific use. Session content not shown — her private history stays private.
Why Talking Has Hit a Wall
Most traditional approaches to trauma work from one assumption: to heal it, you have to revisit it. For a lot of people, that’s exactly where progress stalls. Talking exercises the conscious mind, but trauma responses live in the nervous system, running on autopilot. Understanding why you feel a certain way doesn’t automatically stop your body from reacting — and retelling the story over and over can just reactivate the alarm without ever resolving it.
A Different Approach
Transformational Resource Integration℠ works differently. It bypasses the story entirely — you’re never asked to describe what happened, relive it, or explain how it’s affected your life. Your private history stays private, always. Instead, the work targets the physical response directly: quieting the alarm system while keeping your memories and the wisdom you’ve gained fully intact. No endless talking. No retraumatization. Just meaningful, lasting change.
What the Process Looks Like
A main session typically runs 20 to 30 minutes, in two parts: the first clears away built-up emotional weight and resets you to a stable baseline; the second begins moving you toward the life you actually want. You leave with tools you can use yourself, and a structured follow-up schedule tapering over the following months makes sure you’re capable of self-managing before we’re done.
This Work Is For You If You’re Carrying
Chronic emotional pain, PTSD or CPTSD (diagnosed or not), the effects of childhood or adolescent trauma, grief that hasn’t lifted, the aftermath of an accident or crime, or the weight of caring for someone who’s carrying any of the above.
If you’re currently under the care of a licensed mental health professional, this work is meant to complement that care, and a referral is required before we begin. If you’re not currently working with anyone, we’ll talk together about whether a referral makes sense for your situation first.
What This Requires From You
This process gives you real tools, but the tools only work if you use them. Change happens fastest when you’re genuinely ready for it. We’ll be honest with you about that from the first conversation.
In Their Words
“I have suffered with depression most of my life. Roland didn’t ask about me or what caused it — he just started talking. A short time later, I felt a huge black cloud come out of the center of my chest. The heaviness that had been hanging over me was gone.”
— Delores“My CPTSD, anxiety, and depression were no longer issues. I woke up the next morning a different person.”
— Dee C.“After nearly 40 years as a therapist and hypnotherapist, I found this process amazing in its simplicity — completely pain-free, and I no longer had any emotional attachment to memories of my own traumatic experiences.”
— Diane Pope, MSN/RN Retired, Lifetime Fellow IMDHAFrom a Referring Professional
“Roland is one of the more powerful hypnotists I know. I’ve sent people to him that I think are a good fit, and he’s done wonders in their lives. Especially where it’s really been ruining somebody’s life — trauma, PTSD — that’s a special area where he’s especially good at helping people. And hypnosis is often fast. Roland is often even faster than most.”
